I do NOT accept returns and/or issue refunds unless I have grossly misrepresented my auction and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
I examine and describe all items to the best of my ability. My failure to mention something about an item would only be an oversight and in no way meant to deceive my bidders. If you are not satisfied after you receive your items, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback so we can resolve the issue. I strive to maintain my 100% feedback rating.
I ship within the United States to addresses confirmed by PayPal ONLY. I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. A business day is typically considered Monday through Friday, and excludes Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
**PLEASE NOTE: Normal transit time is 4-6 business days, however, due to the pandemic transit times may take longer. Shipping time is only an estimate and not guaranteed.**
Once USPS is in possession of the item I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. The package will be shipped with delivery confirmation.
I do GLADLY offer combined shipping if you purchase more than one of my auctions. During checkout, the shipping costs should automatically adjust whenever additional items are added to your cart. If shipping costs do not automatically update, please submit a ‘request total from seller’ and DO NOT PAY until I have sent you an updated invoice with the adjusted shipping costs. If you do not wait for my invoice on your combined total, then you will be charged full shipping costs for each individual item, so PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE wait for me to send you an invoice for all items you purchase. Depending on the items you purchase, the packaging and weight will be much different, so combining shipping will save you many dollars!!
